Addictive and intense, the heart of the velvety smooth leather accord provides a deep contrast to the freshness of the top notes, incorporating Saffiano leather and rich suede in a new and rugged way. The vetiver oil base, sourced from Haiti, anchors the vigor of this citrus scent, adding strength, naturalness and purpose to the aroma with a lasting masculine signature.

Our shipping policy process includes Free shipping anywhere in Canada and the USA for all online orders over $149.99. For most orders under $149.99, we offer a flat rate of $15. Exceptions may apply and are identified in the product sheet or during the ordering process.
Shipping delay
We prepare your order very quickly. Generally, on the same day, if the order is made within business hours or 24 working hours if all the products are in stock.
We use the services of a delivery management platform to send our packages. This management platform interacts with a hundred carriers in Canada, and the USA, such as Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, GLS – Dicom, TFI, OnTrac, and other recognized companies in the field.
Generally, carriers deliver between 1 and 5 business days, depending on your location. In addition, depending on the size of the package, deliveries of orders are received within 48 hours (working days) after the order date, according to our experience.
Parcel tracking
As soon as your package leaves one of our warehouses, you will receive a tracking number (or tracking number) by email, allowing you to follow the delivery of your package.
Our carriers
Although we use several carriers to ensure the fastest shipping service, the choice of shipper is decided by Beauty Lux, according to various criteria such as the size and weight of the package, the expected delivery time, the ease of collecting the parcel if you are not at home, etc.
Northern Canada
For remote areas, we usually use Canada Post. The free delivery offer excludes delivery by the Canada Post Omnibus service (air delivery service) and is not served by a postal outlet.
Alaska & Hawaii:
Standard shipping is a flat rate of US$15.00, and orders over US$149.99 shipped to the continental US (Alaska + Hawaii) are eligible for free standard shipping. Orders are shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via the United States Postal Service (USPS) for a flat rate of US$15.00. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii typically takes 8-21 business days and is shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Original shipping is non-refundable once shipped.
Expedited shipping is available to select areas of Alaska and Hawaii for US$25.00 with estimated delivery of 2-3 business days once shipped. Delivery days are Monday to Friday, and orders will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Original shipping is non-refundable once shipped.
US Territory:
Orders shipped to United States territories are charged a flat rate of US$18.00.
Delivery to US Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands) typically takes 8-21 business days. Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Original shipping is non-refundable once shipped.
Claim
For any complaint concerning a breakage of material upon receipt of your package, please refer to our Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy section to learn about our process and allow you to file a complaint, if applicable.

Return and Refund Policy
This return, refund, and cancellation policy concerns damaged products, incomplete products, defective or non-functioning products, products lost in transit, and products that do not conform to the description.
All of our products are 100% authentic. We do not sell any copies or imitations.
Damaged products, incomplete products, defective or non-working product
If contacted within 10 days of receipt, we will replace or refund the product at the customer’s discretion. If a product is discontinued after purchase, we reserve the right to refund the product instead of offering a replacement.
If the entire order is returned, you will receive a full refund. If only part of your order is returned, you will receive a refund for those returned products only.
Wrong products received or not as described
Any discrepancy between the items received and ordered items must be reported and claimed within 15 days of delivery. Don’t hesitate to contact our customer service by email with photos of the items received and the shipping label. Products received in error may be returned.
Final Sale and Clearance
All clearance and/or final sale products are purchased “as seen,” meaning no returns or refund requests will be accepted (except damage due to delivery).
Process
Our customer service will guide you with any return. In some cases, photo evidence is required to complete the process. Please note that all press releases are recorded by our system.
When approved by our customer service, the customer will receive a prepaid return label. Be sure to use it as soon as possible. Beauty Lux limits the use of these tags within 14 days of being issued. Items returned within these allowed 14 days may be refused and returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide return labels for orders placed outside of Canada; these orders require authorization from our customer service to return the product to our warehouse, either for a replacement or a refund.
New products and in their original packaging
The product must be returned in its original packaging and in an “as new” and resalable condition in order for the customer to receive a full refund. If the product is not in resalable condition due to damaged or missing packaging, instructions, or other missing accessories, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. If the product has been used, a refund will not be made, and the product may be returned to the customer at his expense.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation request received before tracking number was confirmed. Beauty Lux will do everything possible to cancel a customer order if it has yet to be shipped. For a cancellation request received after confirmation of the tracking number, therefore in possession of the carrier, there can be no order cancellation.
Coupons and Promotional Gifts
All gifts/promotional products cannot be exchanged or refunded and must be returned if the associated product is returned.
Due to a limited quantity, all free items will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, no substitute would be offered.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds for Purchases with Free Gifts, Included or Bonus Items
All products (whether defective or not) must be returned in their original condition, with original packaging material, intact warranty cards, manuals, instructions, and any other items or accessories supplied by the manufacturer. If the purchase includes a free gift, included or bonus items, the gift/items must also be returned for the return to qualify for a refund.
For verification and fraud prevention purposes, returns and exchanges of defective or non-defective products require your name, address, and telephone number. A photo (or scan) of an ID may be required for any additional confirmations. Returns with the original invoice will be processed on the original method of payment or store credits.
Products not delivered
We understand that you want to get your order as quickly as possible, but unfortunately, sometimes there is a delay caused by a carrier responsible for delivering your products. It is, therefore, for this reason, that we have a waiting period of 15 days before any product is returned (following the usual checks with the carrier).
Way of refunds
Unless requested by us, refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment was received.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation request received before tracking number was confirmed. Beauty Lux will do everything possible to cancel a customer order if it has yet to be shipped. For a cancellation request received after confirmation of the tracking number, therefore in possession of the carrier, there can be no order cancellation.
Coupons and Promotional Gifts
All gifts/promotional products cannot be exchanged or refunded and must be returned if the associated product is returned.
Due to a limited quantity, all free items will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, no substitute would be offered.
