Shipping costs

Shipping delay

We prepare your order very quickly. Generally, on the same day, if the order is made within business hours or 24 working hours if all the products are in stock.

We use the services of a delivery management platform to send our packages. This management platform interacts with a hundred carriers in Canada, and the USA, such as Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, GLS – Dicom, TFI, OnTrac, and other recognized companies in the field.

Generally, carriers deliver between 1 and 5 business days, depending on your location. In addition, depending on the size of the package, deliveries of orders are received within 48 hours (working days) after the order date, according to our experience.

Parcel tracking

As soon as your package leaves one of our warehouses, you will receive a tracking number (or tracking number) by email, allowing you to follow the delivery of your package.

Our carriers

Although we use several carriers to ensure the fastest shipping service, the choice of shipper is decided by Beauty Lux, according to various criteria such as the size and weight of the package, the expected delivery time, the ease of collecting the parcel if you are not at home, etc.

Northern Canada

For remote areas, we usually use Canada Post. The free delivery offer excludes delivery by the Canada Post Omnibus service (air delivery service) and is not served by a postal outlet.

Alaska & Hawaii

Standard shipping is a flat rate of US$15.00. The orders over US$149.99 shipped to the continental US (Alaska + Hawaii) are eligible for free standard shipping.

Orders are shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via the United States Postal Service (USPS) for a flat rate of US$15.00. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii typically takes 8-21 business days and is shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Original shipping is non-refundable once shipped.

Expedited shipping is available to select areas of Alaska and Hawaii for US$25.00 with estimated delivery of 2-3 business days once shipped. Delivery days are Monday to Friday, and orders will not be delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Original shipping is non-refundable once shipped.

US Territory

Orders shipped to United States territories are charged a flat rate of US$18.00.

Delivery to US Territories (American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands) typically takes 8-21 business days. Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Original shipping is non-refundable once shipped.
